The basis on which we provide quotes, take bookings and deliver journeys.

Quotes
A quote is an estimate for the journey described, valid until the date shown on it. Requesting a quote does not create a booking. A confirmed booking exists only when we accept it and confirm capacity in writing.
Bookings and changes
You can request changes through the travel desk. We will confirm any change, and any effect on price, in writing. Until confirmed, the original booking stands.
Cancellations
The cancellation terms that apply to your journey are shown on your written quote and booking confirmation. Please cancel as early as possible so we can release the vehicle.
Payment
Payment is arranged through a secure request once your booking is confirmed. Payment alone does not create or change a booking; the confirmed booking is the authoritative record.
Service
We aim to arrive on time and monitor flights and traffic to help. We do not guarantee arrival times affected by circumstances outside our control, such as traffic, weather or road closures.
