Essential storage

We remember your analytics choice in local storage for 180 days. Journey drafts and preferences may also be stored on your device to help you complete an enquiry. These are separate from Google Analytics.

Optional analytics

We use Google Analytics only after you select Accept analytics. It helps us measure page visits, quote and contact actions, successful enquiries, checkout starts and verified payment outcomes. The first-party cookies _ga and _ga_K19070E93R distinguish visits and store session information; we configure them to expire after 180 days. We do not send your name, email, telephone number, message, journey details, booking reference or payment amount in these events. Advertising features are disabled.

After you accept analytics, a recognised campaign link can be remembered in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes while you browse our site. We store only its approved campaign code and capture time in session storage, to connect page and enquiry actions with that campaign. Unrecognised links remain unknown. Rejecting analytics removes this stored code. We do not store the full link, other query values or advertising click IDs for this purpose.

To avoid counting the same checkout step twice, this tab can remember up to 40 opaque checkout-step markers in session storage. These identifiers stay on your device and are not included in analytics events. Rejecting analytics removes these markers; session storage also ends when the tab’s session ends.

Your choice

Rejecting analytics does not affect the enquiry form. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time. Rejecting after accepting stops analytics, clears its cookies on this site and reloads the page.
