Seating, luggage and the details that make a difference.

What is the difference between Business and First Class?
Business Class is an executive saloon for everyday airport and business journeys. First Class offers a flagship saloon with more rear space and additional comfort. Both list up to three passengers and two large bags.
Are the cars shown the exact vehicles I will travel in?
The photographs represent each class. The exact model and any specific requirements must be confirmed for your journey.
How many passengers can travel in each class?
Business Class and First Class each seat up to three passengers. Luxury MPV seats up to six. Include every passenger, including children, when planning your journey.
How much luggage can I bring?
The guide capacity is two large bags for Business or First Class, and six for Luxury MPV. Tell us about cabin bags as well as suitcases so the team can confirm there is room for everything.
Can I bring a pushchair, golf clubs or oversized luggage?
Include the number and approximate dimensions of any larger items in your enquiry. These can affect the vehicle needed, even when you are travelling with a small group.
Which class is best for families or a group?
Luxury MPV offers the most passenger and luggage space of the three classes. Confirm the combination of passengers, bags and child seats with the team before booking.
Can I request a child seat?
Add your child’s age and the seat you need to your enquiry. Availability and the appropriate arrangement must be confirmed before travel.
Can I travel with a wheelchair or mobility equipment?
Tell us the equipment dimensions, whether it folds and any assistance you need. Vehicle accessibility and suitability must be confirmed; the class name alone does not guarantee wheelchair access.
Can I request a particular model or more than one car?
Share your preferred model or the number of vehicles you need when you enquire. The team will confirm availability and the arrangements before you book.
Does every vehicle come with a chauffeur?
Yes. These classes are offered for chauffeur-driven journeys. Choose the class around your passengers, luggage and plans.
