Is an online fare the amount I pay?
Where a Pay button is available, the displayed GBP total is the full fare for your selected journey, date, time and vehicle class. Review its inclusions and terms before paying. A vehicle comparison alone does not reserve a vehicle or take payment.
Why might my journey need an individual quote?
Some routes, schedules or requirements need a personal review. Select your preferred class and send the request if no online fare is available.
When do I pay?
For a journey with an online fare, pay the full displayed GBP total in Stripe Checkout. An individual quote request costs nothing and does not take payment. The travel desk confirms the next steps for that request.
Can I compare this with another chauffeur quote?
Compare the same route, pickup date and time, vehicle class and total payable amount. Check waiting, parking, taxes, included mileage and cancellation terms as well as the headline fare.
When is my car booked?
After verified payment, your paid journey goes to dispatch for driver assignment. Chauffeur coverage and pickup arrangements are confirmed separately. A saved enquiry reference without payment is a request awaiting a quote.
