How do I plan a journey?
Enter your pickup, destination, date and time, then choose a vehicle class. For a chauffeur by the hour, select “By the hour” and tell us how long you need.
Can I arrange a journey for someone else?
Yes. Choose another passenger in the journey form and add their contact details so the journey can be arranged for them.
Which vehicle is right for my group?
Business Class and First Class each accommodate up to three passengers and two bags. Luxury MPV accommodates up to six passengers and six bags. Tell us about oversized luggage before booking.
What details do you need for an airport pickup?
Include your airport, flight number, arrival date and time, along with your destination and passenger details. Your booking details will confirm the pickup arrangements.
Can I add stops or hire a chauffeur by the hour?
Choose “By the hour” for a journey with several appointments or time between stops. Share your intended itinerary so the team can confirm the arrangements.
Can I request a child seat or extra assistance?
Please include your requirements when you enquire, including your child’s age or any assistance you need. The team will confirm what can be arranged before you book.
When is my booking confirmed?
A journey preview is an estimate. It does not reserve a car or take payment. Follow the next steps provided by the team and look for your booking confirmation before travelling.
How do I change my journey?
Contact the team with your booking reference and the changes you need. Availability, any revised price and the applicable terms will be confirmed before the change is agreed.
